my first every historical article, so proud of myself

This article is my first ever attempt at trying to put together an article of historical facts and since this consists mainly of my limited knowledge and understanding, forgive me for any historical inaccuracies or wrong information given by me. Thank You.

The obsessive, fanantical worship of Adolf Hitler during the rise and waning days of the Third Reich.

The reason as to why I would pen down such an article is mainly due to my interest in the influence of Hitler in the Third Reich and his role in the growth of Nazism. Most people think of Adolf Hitler as a monster, a blot of black in the entire history of mankind, the most evil man in the world. What most people do not question is that, if Hitler was such a tyrant, why did the German Public at that time vote for such a man and his ideals, to answer this question we must return to the period between the first world war and the rise of Hitler.

Background

After the First World War, the German people was reeling from poverty and unemployement. Deustchsland's economy was in disrepair and wrecked after the victorious allies demanded huge sums of reperations from her which Germany could not pay without her economy sinking totally. The Treaty Of Versailles too had a 'war-guilt' cause, which the Germans feel was unfair to them as they did not initiate the war. The Weimar republic, Germany's democratic government at that point, too was mistrused or hated by the majority of the Germans as they accepted the Treaty Of Versailles, thus accepting surrender which was not what the German people wanted. The entire populace of Germany too was unfamiliar with the concept of Democracy, as it's previous government structure was of a power leadership, decisions made by a certain few. All of this resentment and insecurites of the German people eventually boiled down to distrust of the Weimar Republic, hatred towards the Treaty Of Versaillies as it was the cause of humiliation to the Germans and the hatred of the economic slump engulfing the entire Germany.

Carpe Diem !

A golden window of opportunity thus arose for the Nazi party to seize power from the Weimar Republic, and Hitler cunningly used the weapon of propaganda to spread his anit-semitic ( anti-jew ) feelings throughout the entire Deutschland. By the means of his fiery speeches, natural charisma that was symbolic of Adolf Hitler in his public addresses, to the Nazi's party elaborate marches and lighting, such as huge stages and big swastika flags adorning the country, Hitler and his party had the population of Germany believing everything the Fuhrer said. Hitler was said to be so persuasive that those who talked to him face to face thus claim that he has hypnoptic eyes that makes you want to believe his every word, however ridiculous it might sound.

All this cannot be achieved through Hitler's speeches and his well-oiled propaganda machine, as potent as they might be. If the German public did not swallow Hitler's remedy, there would be no second world war.
However as soon as Hitler came in charge, the German economy had a remarked improvement and soon Germany was rising from the ashes with the help of huge loans from America and the leadership of Adolf Hitler. With their motherland progressing day by day and Hitler claiming that he will avenge the humilation inflicted by the Treaty, the German people thus thought they have found a saviour to their problems.
Furthermore with the slew of propaganda brainwashing their thoughts, this led to the fanatical, almost
god-like worship of the Fuhrer.

The Ending

In the waning days of the Third Reich, the war obviously going down the drain, Hitler worship is still prevalent in the Hitler Youth. American soldiers claim the Hitler Youth ( boys ageing as young as 6 ) are loyal to the Fuhrer till death would charge in battle with little regard to their lives. This just shows the extent of which Hitler's propaganda spreads to. Hitler was not just a man to the Germans, he was much more that that. That explains why Heinrich Himmler, architect of the mass genocide of Jews would gladly carry out the task of mass murder just so to please the Fuhrer.

Hitler is a most unique and infamous character in history, one that constitutes much thought and if one who contemplates enough, will realize the positivity this man has brought about with the negativity.
