hello and hi, i've been doing so much this few days and woah i am so lazy to actually type all of it down so there...anyways just to let anyone reading this blog know, my band Relicus is dissolved and i'm now in Helvette (which is Norwegian for Hell).

But the main reason why i would like to blog today would be about a deeply disturbing and very fascinating book i finished readin about a day ago. Gosh it is a journey into the deeper darker areas of a man's desires, tasting the forbidden fruits, living a hedonistic existence..

The Picture Of Dorian Gray - Oscar Wilde

i would highly recommend that you people actually try reading this book, and if i sound kinda boring is because i am still pondering and wondering about the contents of that book, thought provoking i must say.

'All influence is immoral, from a scientific point of view'
'Why?'
'Because to influence a person would be to give him one own's soul. He does not think of his natural thoughts, or burn with his natural passion. His virtues are not real to him. If sins, there are such things as sins, are borrowed. He becomes an echo of someone else's music, an actor of a part that has not been written for him. The aim of life is self-development. To realize one's nature perfectly - that is what we are here for.'

- Picture of Dorian Gray (Oscar Wilde)

well with that parting shot, i leave you readers here to ponder about the above comment, as false or true it might sound for you, you cannot help but admit that there is some thought provoking elements in that passage, a reckless belligerent view of something..LOL

* give praise to divine Athene and the golden hosts atop glorious Olympus'
